My students with disabilities will benefit from the small business supplies in so many ways. Safe, simple and incredibly easy to use, these coffee kiosk start-up supplies are perfect for our classroom business! These stapled supplies will allow students to gain essential job-related skills, develop their interpersonal soft skills, communication skills, understand cash transactions and business concepts, as well as countless other real-world skills. Students with disabilities are capable of so much, but only need the tools and resources to help them to access the world effectively. These classroom business supplies provide my students with disabilities with new and stimulating modalities of learning. Children in Special Education profoundly benefit from participating in career-related project-based learning activities. Work-based learning can motivate and stimulate children with special needs and improve their cognitive and academic development. Integrating these valuable activities into my instruction will also promote social interaction, inclusion, and self-confidence. These start-up business supplies offer my students the chance to gain the skills that they need to become equal partners in the work-place and the world we live in, and the satisfaction of play in a hand in the establishment and success of a start-up business. These resources and experiences will provide endless possibilities for learning and creativity.
