I teach in an inclusive DCT classroom; my role is the special education teacher. I also teach a resource group to provide additional support for students from other classes. I strive to provide my students with helpful resources and tools that they can use to reach their full potential. My students each come to school with their own set of experiences, strengths, and needs. One of my goals as a teacher is to create a classroom environment and community that is safe, and that students can feel is truly their "home sweet classroom."
