At our school, we are a team. The staff is dedicated, focused, and we love what we do. My first year at MES, I was welcomed with open arms. Upon my arrival to the school, each staff member and administrator took the time to formally introduce themselves and offer assistance. From day one-I felt supported and valued as a team member. I understood my role in working to educate and help the 500+ students in our school. I eagerly accepted the challenge. My students continue to amaze me every day. They strive to challenge themselves and each other on a daily basis. We share a lot of laughs, and respect one another. We put forth our best effort as we become better learners, and more positive and active members of our community. Each day we work to become better versions of ourselves.
