My students have moderate to severe Special Needs. Students with disabilities can benefit greatly from being able to access a variety of tools for learning. An essential part of any successful Special Education classroom is to have an environment where students can access basic materials (i.e. sensory bins, sorting equipment) to help develop their skills. Fine motor and gross motor tools open up many doors for unique learners like my students. It would be invaluable in supporting them to achieve their goals and giving them the resources to develop skills they will have for life.
