Growth and development are essential to life. By studying the different parts of the chicken egg and studying how the embryo develops and hatches, students also learn about blood circulation, respiration, and bone structure. This project shows how life begins, develops, and shows similarities. The lessons learned from this experience can be related to the basic biochemistry of life, stem cells, tissue layers, form and function in other animals, the evolutionary history of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and invertebrates. and the basic biochemistry of life. For twenty-one days, students will be engaged and excited about the development of their chicken. This memorable activity will stay with students for a long time!
