I became an elementary teacher because I have a passion for learning about all subject areas. My desire is to orchestrate my young students in meaningful experiences that help develop their individuality and independence. The projects I choose for my students empower them to think for themselves, observe and reflect on the wonders of the world around them, value their uniqueness, and provide opportunities to grow toward their full potential. I often encourage my students to focus equally on their inner and outer worlds, to validate their curiosity and feelings, and extend that respect to those around us.  I believe that through the use of updated current technology, especially the use of pc's/laptops/i-devices and the "Web", students can make the greatest impact on their over-all development and the world around them. Please consider joining me in my quest to make the world a brighter place, one child at a time.
