Hi! My name is Jacob Tessler and I teach gifted/accelerated students at Neptune Middle School. This year I am teaching 8th grade English regular students and two sections of 9th grade ENG I accelerated/gifted. In the 2016-17 year I will be teaching 7th grade Gifted that will, ideally, roll up into the 9th grade advanced program the year after. As a Gifted teacher, and a former Gifted Student myself, I understand the importance of bringing in quality literacy and robust, rigorous items into the classroom.
