Help us add books to our library collection that are written by #OwnVoices authors, those that have the same cultural background as the main characters in their books. The titles include picture and chapter books that can be used both as mentor texts for studying craft as well as reading for pure enjoyment. Students need to see themselves in the books they read as well as in the faces of the authors that create those books. We hope to empower our students by adding titles that authentically reflect diverse cultures. You can help us achieve this goal!

About my class
