Collaboration is a great strategy for classroom instruction and online tools like Padlet.com and Nearpods allow our lessons come to life with images, links and other tangible resources for my students to learn about our world. My students are "digital natives," and technology is a necessary part of life for this generation of learners. Virtual Reality technology brings the world directly into the class by creating realistic environments where kids can learn by exploration without the physical risk of leaving school and the travel expenses that schools aren't able to afford. VR creates a real-life learning experience.
