These flexible seating options give students a place in the room to call all their own and complete their assignments in an environment that best fits their learning style. Students need a variety of strategies to help them succeed and I use everything I can to assist them in becoming successful learners. Allowing them free choice movement around the room is just one way my students “own” their learning and truly come alive in the classroom. When they finally find their learning niche it’s unbelievable how many lightbulbs turn on!
