Our school is limited with technology and we currently only have two carts of classroom iPads for the entire school. It is difficult to get my hands on technology considering the limited amount present. My students are extremely excited when we are able to get our hands on those tablets. We play review games such as Kahoot! Which are great team building activities when played in groups. We have also participated in a Global Read Aloud where we have Skyped with classrooms all over the world discussing certain authors and books. With these 5 tablets my students will be able to create Flipgrids to discuss authors and books individually and in teams with other students across the world. These 5 tablets will also ensure a creative and engaging learning center in our reading and math center block. These tablets will be used in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.
