When my students come to school for the first time, in person, it will be my priority to help my students feel safe and confident. Sitting close to the teacher and visuals is one way for student to feel safe and supported. This rolling teaching easel will allow my students to sit closer to me during lessons, circle time, and in small groups/centers. This easel will be used for calendar, numbers and letters learning, as well as STEM and character ed. It will also allow for flexible seating so that my students won't have to be at their desks all day. Since movement throughout the day is essential for young learners, this easel will help make learning more accessible for my kindergarteners. I am just starting out at a new school in a new classroom, and I am looking to furnish it with all of the tools that will help my kids learn the most that they can.
