Often times books are lost, over-loved or our library ends up with unfilled books sets due to donations and students cannot read a complete series in order. A child will want to read an entire book series in order, but the library is missing a book or more out of the series. After investigating what books are missing, I am requesting these specific books to fill in series gaps in the school library. These will allow full series sets for a variety of book levels and interests so our students can enjoy an entire set of books as they were intended. Having these completed sets reflects to the students the importance we place on independent reading, as well as their personal book choice.
