Every child deserves to express their creativity while they learn. I want to introduce iPads to my classroom so, that my students can create digital learning journals. In these journals, the children will document their progress in first grade. This will be able to be shared with their peers and family members. They will create and publish their own books in apps like Book Creator, they can record their thinking process as they solve a word problem, and quickly access additional information to interesting science topics. Every child deserves to have the world at his/her fingertips. By providing these tablets to our classroom, you are contributing to that. My students will have the access to digital libraries where they can research any topic of their interest. They will be able to look up information about far away places. They can be exposed to the endless possibilities their futures hold. By donating​ to my classroom YOU will be able to help my students learn about the world around them.
