As one of the computer proctors at our campus, I monitor three computer labs and work with students from PK through 5th grade on a daily basis. Our current headphones are old and do not have microphones. It is our goal as a campus to provide the latest research based resources for our students in order to accomplish student success. Our students have 20-30 minutes of computer lab time in which they have the opportunity to practice Reading and Math skills aligned with our state standards and state assessments (STAAR). With these Reading and Math online programs, students require the use of listening and speaking skills, thus our need for new headphones with embedded microphones. With a student population of 600 plus students, we need help providing these headphones in order to have our students practice these skills appropriately. Thank you for your support!
