Over the course of 18 years, my teaching philosophy has changed numerous times due to my experiences with diverse groups of students I've had the pleasure of teaching! I have come to the realization that when students feel comfortable and secure in a classroom, they are more willing to learn. Students who let their guard down and feel like their classroom is comfortable and flexible will put in more effort and be increasingly motivated to do well.
