These 3 Chromebooks in my classroom will provide better opportunities for improved student testing scores. This gives my students the right tools they need to be successful. Having this technology in the classroom will allow my students to familiarize themselves with computers and use programs such as iReady, Reflex Math and so forth, all from the comfort of our classroom. Student learning will most definitely improve with the use of these Chromebooks in our classroom. I strongly believe in less paper and more technology. Students now will be entering a workplace that solely relies on technology rather than a piece of paper. Aside from their weekly testing done via the computers, our school is currently in its first year of STEM. STEM is a wonderful way of implementing Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics into our curriculum. This is our first year in the program and technology is the area in which we need the most improvement. My students can use these laptops for the purpose of creating PowerPoints that incorporate photographs, diagrams, sound effects, music, or even video clips. Students can also create flyers, access Gizmos, create digital blueprints, learn to code, and so much more!
