Our classroom is becoming more student-centered to allow them the opportunity to make choices on how they learn best. I have incorporated more Language and Writing centers to give them more ownership of their work and to have "published" work. Incorporating 4 HP Google Chromebooks into our centers will allow the students to become "published" authors and collaborate with their classmates. The Google Chromebooks will allow the student to use Google Classroom daily to complete their Language and Writing centers. They will be able to collaborate with their classmates using Google Slides, Google Docs, and other Google products. In addition, the access to a Google Chromebook will allow my special education learners that have difficulties with writing, the ability to type and be successful with their writing skills.
