These Kindle Fire tablets will continue to enrich the technology rich environment I create in my classroom. They will provide an opportunity for my students to work independently while still expanding their learning. For some of my students, they do not have access to technology at home. These kindles will allow my students to login to their individualized accounts through Raz-Kids where they can read stories that have been chosen for them. They can also take quizzes that will be directly sent to me to review. We will also be using Flip-Grid, which allows my students to scan QR codes and record themselves reading books. Their recordings can then be reviewed by me.
