My students are a group of multi-cultural boys and girls. Many of them are children of refugees from the countries of Myanmar and Thailand. These students need extra help in Reading because of English being a second language and parents not being able to speak English at all. I want my classroom to be a springboard to launch them into a world of reading. They need a print rich environment at school and at home. The more they read and learn, the more opportunities in education, career, and life they will have.

About my class
