My students are amazing rays of sunshine, each unique in their own way. Many of them come from low income families and still strive to do their best. We have a large number of Special Education Students in our school district that utilize IPads for communication purposes. We are a medium size school with many opportunities for our students, but one to one technology is still a struggle for our school district to make a reality. I want to prepare my students by helping them learn how to use tablets so that when they begin competing for jobs against other people, they have the best opportunity to succeed. Technology is everywhere! They need to have the opportunity to use it before they need it to get a position and be a success. Tablets open so many doors for the students and they help prepare them for their future.
