When students choose seating, they must consider if their seating is more appropriate for them or another student and work on social norms to work out their differences and come to an understanding of how best to problem solve.Students also learn tolerance of others because some students need more movement and active seating to be successful. Students and teachers alike learn to be tolerant of the needs of others.
