Kindergartners come to school feeling excited and ready to engage in activities. They come to school ready to build social skills with classmates and engage in cognitive and social development. They learn how to share, problem solve, and demonstrate their creativity with one another. I am thrilled to be teaching in a new school whose mission is to engage children in an inspiring, challenging, and civically active educational experience that embraces learning through the arts. My students are learning to have a growth mindset, and I want to continue creating a space for them to enjoy coming to by creating a positive first school year experience.

About my class
