I have a small 3rd grade class of 18 students. Most of the students are bilingual in English and Spanish. The majority of the class has been together since ECE and have formed a tight, family-like bond. Many of the students come from very difficult backgrounds and situations, but they all contribute and work hard every single day. Our school is a Title 1 school, with over 90% free and reduced lunch and about 50% English Language Learners.
