The Osmo Genius kit fosters social intelligence and creative thinking by opening up the iPad to the endless possibilities of physical play. Students learn number sense, spelling, geometry, and coding through the manipulation of physical objects. My first grade class is full of bright, tech-savvy children who have a passion for technology and would benefit greatly from having this system available in our classroom. This system will make a difference in the education of my class and enable my young learners to have a cutting edge to the future of technology. The Osmo Kits uses the iPad I am requesting to create a virtual learning experience where students are able to manipulate numbers, letters, photographs, drawings or shapes to cultivate an incredible learning experience.
