This project is for my special education self-contained classroom for students who are in Pre-K through 2nd grade. The following items are needed to support the students independence and to practice skills needed for success later in life. This garbage can gives students a means to be independent by throwing objects away without adult supporting by manipulating and lifting up the lid of the garbage can. This order eliminating garbage can will help students sensory needs by eliminating the smell of garbage mixed with other items including dirty diapers. By funding this program you are helping my students gain skills as well as promoting a better learning environment (smell) for them. Thank you for considering!
