All supplies will be able to be taken home with students in the event that we need to move from in-person to distance learning. This way, they will have the manipulatives and supplies they need to learn from home. In class, students will have individual supply bags with a personal set of manipulatives and supplies that will fit into their mailbox. Students will safely remove their bags from their box and join in the instruction or activity with Mrs. Jones for math intervention instruction. The cart on my list will be used to house high use items and hygiene items so that math sessions can run smoother and we can have efficient use of our time since time will be reduced due to new cleaning procedures put into place throughout the school. I would like to use the growth mindset posters as positive motivation when overcoming challenging situations as we grow. These will be used along side with the positive punch cards that students can use to cash in for well deserved prizes/incentives.
