Flexible seating is an invaluable tool and during Covid-19 it is even more so. I would like to be able to purchase, with your help, a lap desk for every student in my class. When we return to school, we will be social distancing and wearing masks. My hope is to spend a lot of time learning outdoors so that my students are safer and healthier. Outdoor learning will provide my students with mask breaks and natural air and lap desks will make completing work easier. These lap desks would improve their ability to work comfortably in many different environments. Students will be able to work more comfortably on their work by have a small table provided while we work in uncommon areas. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them.
