In my classroom I focus on project based learning and problem solving to help them learn about history, geography, economics, and government systems. Instead of multiple choice exams that simply test a students ability to recall information, I choose to have them create projects that will help them tell the story of what they have learned. Students are always searching for scissors, crayons, colored pencils, and markers to help make their projects stand out. I have purchased most of the materials in our classroom and after three years they are worn out and mostly garbage. Please help my students express their creativity by giving them the materials they need and deserve!
