My students are passionate about learning. They are engaged and highly motivated. We have been blogging since the beginning of the year, and the kids love it! They have shown maturity with online use and excited to learn more. The kids have been using Google Docs to create documents and wikispaces for blogging. However, our school lacks technology resources. We only go to the computer lab once a week. We have 5 iPads to share K-6, with about 700 students. The chance that children have to use and explore technology is very limited. Having Chromebooks in the classroom will give students more opportunities to engage in 21st century skills.
