The science kits I have selected for my project are of high interest to my elementary-aged students. They love hands-on learning, and they don't have enough opportunities. These materials will provide the opportunity to learn about chemistry and some physical science, while having fun doing it. How can you go wrong with hands-on learning? You can't! A real-life experience makes a connection in a student's mind that will impact their learning in such a positive way. Students will learn about chemical reactions, water density, and more while working in small groups with their classmates and friends to complete these great hands-on activities.
