My cheerful scholars are bright and capable of great things! They just happen to have an obstacle or two. Each scholar is either Blind or has Low Vision. Within my current classroom, each one also has an additional disability to navigate. We have made great strides in building literacy if all kinds this year. They are very proud! And so am I! However, I know that with a few environmental upgrades that would increase safety, comfort, and ready access to materials, their learning will grow exponentially. I only wish you could get a small sample of the joy and enthusiasm these scholars share with me each day.
