I would love to give my students flexible seating options in our classroom. Having flexible seating teaches students to make choices about how they like to learn best and makes them more successful in the classroom. Students that like to wiggle are able to wiggle in their seats and focus on their learning. Students that like to sit on the floor can do so comfortably. My students need a learning environment where they feel comfortable and successful. I’m looking forward to increasing student engagement in my classroom by giving my students choice in their learning. My students are looking forward to being in control of their learning environment.
