Our students love to explore language through play, art, and literacy. These projects I develop will give me the tools and materials needed to help conduct effective lessons for my students. It will help them achieve their goals faster and in a productive way. The majority of my speech therapy sessions revolve around early literacy and arts/crafts that may accompany it. I try to find easier ways to help children express themselves using multimode communication strategies (words, pictures, gestures). From low tech to high tech and to general classroom necessities, I can achieve this. With your help, my students will be able interact with others and find their inner voices with ease and comfort. Providing these tools will allow them to be fearless. My ultimate goal is to promote positive language experiences through natural ways of expression.
