As a Middle school science teacher, I strive to introduce my students to as much real life experiences as possible. Hands on activities, projects, technology and class discussions are an everyday occurrence in my room. My students come from a low income, title 1 school that struggles to put supplies in the classroom. I have gotten really experienced at using low cost everyday items to provide my students with activities and experiences, but more scientific items such as models, technology and lab supplies will be a huge improvement to my students.
