These materials will allow my students to access technology and fulfill their specially designed instructional needs for dictation and typing, as writing accommodations. The microphones will allow students in my writing small groups to dictate their writing assignments. They keyboards will allow my students to use their typing skills to type written assignments. My students have been unsuccessful and frustrated with pencil and paper writing assignments. My goal is to provide them with the materials they need, teach them another writing skill (typing and dictation), and know that they will be successful when the motor struggle of writing is eliminated.
