There are many students whom require many movement breaks due to physical and/or emotional challenges. It is important for students to have access to different types of furniture that will help them focus. Taking breaks away from learning can become more of a challenge as he or she will need to break away from their learning environment only to try to engage when they return. It is best to provide different types of flexible seating as they engage with their learning environment. Students with specific disabilities benefit with surroundings and accommodations that will support academic and emotional growth.
