Our youth are growing up in a world driven by technology. Having the ability to use the most modern, up to date technology as early as possible is one way to ensure their success. We can use this 3D printer for many areas in the math curriculum including area, perimeter and fractions. It can also be used as a motivational tool. When they can bring what they actually worked on to life it gives them a reason to keep learning. To be a lifelong learner is what we want for all children to be. We as teachers strive to put that learning bug in all of our students.
