My students are hard-working, honest, ordinary teenagers living in a fast-paced world of constant technological screen time. In order to increase fluency, foster independent thinking skills, and enhance a true passion for reading, my classroom is in need of new and exciting adolescent literature. In order to fully prepare my students for life, I need multiple opportunities for them to see the world and make connections to their own life. What better way than through the pages of a wonderful novel?
