My students need Zenergy Swivel Ball Chair, an AlertSeat, Boink Fidgets, Hearing Protectors and a Jellyfish Mood Light to help them throughout the day to stay focused and organize In my classroom we have student ranging from 5-7 years old. Many of them require a Sensory Diet during their school day to keep them focused and ready to learn. A Sensory Diet is designed to provide an individualized activity plan which provides sensory input throughout the day to keep them focused and organized. The Zenergy Swivel Ball Chair and AlertSeat Chair we have chosen will allow our students to rock, swivel, and balance while completing table work. This allows them to exert energy while still working. We have chosen The Califone Hush Buddy Hearing Protectors help 3 of our students who have noise sensitivity while in the cafeteria, assemblies or other activities when the noise level is higher. The Boinks Fidgets will allow our students to handle a quiet object during group and individual lessons. And finally, we have chosen the Electric Jellyfish Mood Light to help calm our friends down when they are feeling overwhelmed or just need a few minutes to decompress.
