Help Us Grow! We are creating a community learning garden! My team at Kuna Middle School are and planning the creation of our garden. The students are researching the nutritional benefits of vegetables, fruits and herbs and learning what conditions are necessary for growing healthy plants. The students have prepared the land for the crops and planted seedlings. We have big plans for our garden including building a green house and several eco-friendly works of art. We are planning to use the produce in our school cafeteria and to donate the food to community members in need. We also plan to educate our garden visitors by posting informational signs throughout our garden. The students need: Seeds, grow lights, soil, gloves and gardening tools.
