As school counselors, we work with students with many different needs on a daily basis. We support amazing students with various special needs, numerous interests, and unique personalities in their daily functioning and through times of crisis. Therefore, our counseling curriculum with differentiated activities, supports and materials is essential. School counseling has had to adapt during this pandemic. This is a new experience for all of us and our goal is to continue to support our students through multiple platforms. Since we are currently working on a blended/remote learning model, we need technology to provide valuable resources to continue to support our students. We are looking to purchase a scanner and laminating machine. The scanner will allow us to share worksheets with our students through our remote learning platform. The laminating machine will be useful for students we service in person. We will be able to laminate our resources for easy clean up.
