The six stability balls and six large floor pillows will allow students ways to stay active while doing desk work. We have already introduced bucket seats and crates into our classroom with great success! The amount of paper and pencil work from first grade to second increases dramatically! These flexible seating options provide a new way of learning that helps with this transition. We would be so thankful for the opportunity to use flexible seating! I was very sceptical about the freedom students were given with flexible seating until I saw it used first hand! Students loved it! Discipline issues were decreasing and student were excited to learn! The freedom they were given allowed them to make choices that affected them directly. I'm so looking forward to expanding the flexible seating options for students!
