Right now, during Station Rotation my students have the choice of sitting where they want. They will sit under the desks, tables, or in the corners of the room. Even tough they aren't very comfortable, my students appreciate that they are allowed to make their own choice of where to sit. The flexible seating resources, such as the comfy floor seats, pillows, and wobble cushions will allow them to have a comfortable place to learn and stay on task. I know these resources will only motivate them to continue to learn! Besides my students being comfortable when they learn, flexible seating will keep my students moving! Keeping them focused, engaged, and on task.
