Literacy is a big part of our preschool classroom! Not only do I read to my students but they read to each other as well! I would love to expand my library to include more multicultural books! We continue to serve more and more preschool children from many different ethnicities and with many different family dynamics. I want my students to be able to open up a book and say “Hey, that kid looks like me” or “Hey that kid in the book is eating the same foods that I eat at my home!”. Being able to see that smile on their face and that twinkle in their eye would be amazing! Please help me open my preschool students' eyes to our world and the beautiful differences in us all!
