Do you like going into meetings and being told where you must sit and who you must sit by? That's what school is like for so many kids. Students are successful in school when they feel like they have a choice. I want to give my students the opportunity to become more successful by sitting in a way that makes them comfortable. Not every child can sit in a chair at a desk all day and be successful. Students will have a choice to sit on a cushion at low tables, use a clipboard and lay back in a rocker, or sit at a desk using a wobble chair. No more desks for students to lose their assignments and supplies in. No more students getting distracted by what's at their desk. Students will be excited about the classroom environment and become successful lifelong learners.
