One area my students struggle the most with is listening and speaking. Having taught in other countries I know first hand how nerve wracking it is to try to overcome learning a new language and having the confidence to speak to native peers. I'm requesting 8 tablets so that I can set up a work station. At this work station, 3 students at the same time will be able to listen to stories, watch educational videos or practice listening to audio conversations to boost their listening and speaking confidence by scanning QR codes provided selectively by me with different topics. The students will be developing team work while improving their relationships and leaderships using new creative educational technologies in this 21st century learning environment.
