I have 30 energetic students who care about their learning and like to have fun. They all come from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. My students enjoy coming to school and feel that it's a safe haven for growing, learning and making friends. Although families are supportive of their children's education, a majority of the families do not have the college-readiness tools at home such as computers, printers, or internet service that support homework and research habits at home. Many of my students lack experience participating in extracurricular activities such as sports and music. One wish I have as a teacher is to transform my classroom so that it can help my students become better equipped for the 21st century life. It is important to give my students the proper resources to help them achieve their lifelong learning goals. My students and I appreciate any generous support you can give.
