Welcome to Mrs. Tsichlas's Sixth Grade Classroom Page! We are extremely humble and grateful to have this opportunity to help make our classroom an even more productive learning experience and community. Our classroom is an environment where both children and adults learn. We promote student-centered learning while building a rigorous learning community. Our community within our classroom promotes healthy and responsible student/peer interactions, "Workshop-style" learning, and team building. Our students rely on one another and advocate for each other while learning and growing together. Our community style classrooms consists of tables rather than single desks, a carpet area for working partnerships, and no specific teacher area to promote collaboration. In our classroom, our children will grow a love for life-long learning and will always feel welcome within our safe-space environment. :) Mrs. Tsichlas
