The tablets and headphones will provide students with several different engaging uses throughout the classroom. Students will use them to read and immerse themselves in a whole new world of books as the school has a limited supply and lots of out dated material. As a Blended Learning teacher, my students learn to use many educational apps and programs. One of their favorite activities involves recording both audio and video, but our class of 25 shares the teacher's personal iPad. With these tablets, we will have more opportunity to share our learning in creative ways. My students have a love of learning that I love to foster and share in. They will be used across the curriculum as we have many fun mathematics apps as well. Technology is our future and every advantage will help my students!
